I tried multiple spots after we moved back to Lubbock 2 years ago, Tune Up is by far the best and I've been happy since trying them 1 year+ ago. I love their app and how easy it is to schedule my cut & beard trim. Autumn is amazing! She always does an awesome job on my beard and is very fun to chat with. Great ambiance, always clean & friendly folks.

First time here. I’ve lived in Lubbock for 2 years. I have not been to spot that got my hair right since. Tried yall out. Great cut Amanda listened to me. She was very welcoming and great to talk to. Found my new spot. Will be back again.

I don't know what I expected but this was not it. They were clearly not busy, early afternoon weekday, but made me come back for an appointment. My stylist was new and didn't seem very knowledgeable about beards, I was hoping to learn some new tips but instead felt like I was having to give her tips. The atmosphere was more dingy bar than anything. I had heard good things about this place so maybe my experience was a one off.

Absolutely the best haircut I’ve gotten in Lubbock. They were nice and very friendly, I made an appointment online and was sat in the chair within probably 90 seconds of walking in.

Where do I start, not only does she perfect cuts with clippers but she always knows how to make whoever sits in her chair smile and feel their best when they leave I always struggled finding someone who can trim my hair with it being fine and layered and Amanda Lopez always successfully brings out more volume and health to my dry fine hair! Thank you for always performing your best when it comes to my son and mines hair!! A true hair artist!!

5 minute cancellation policy is their choice I suppose but I’m not sure a piece of paper on the computer that’s only visible after you arrive warrants sufficient notice. I showed up 5 minutes 30 seconds after my appointment was supposed to start when I drove 15 minutes to get here, around a wreck. If you’re gonna do appointments, then do appointments. If you want to be a walk-in style, be that. They’re the latter. I won’t be back.

Side burns were too high, uneven and at an angle. Forgot to cut front quarter of head til after shampoo. Had to request my hair be dried when prompted to check out. Small effort made to remove hair shavings from my face and head.
